Sometimes the best recipes are the improvised ones! Feijoada is one of my favorite dishes and is traditional in Portugal and Brazil. It is usually made with pork or poultry and chorizo, which makes it quite tasty, but much heavier and more caloric. In Egypt beans in tomato sauce are also part of their cuisine. What is unusual, is to add tahini sauce to feijoada! This was my inspiration moment! Tahini sauce is a sesame paste, widely used in Middle Eastern cuisine and is absolutely delicious, goes well with almost anything! In salads or as an accompaniment to meat or fish.
The biggest certificate that was delicious was when Ahmed (who is not a big fan of beans neither vegan food) praises this dish so much! He believes (and me too) that tahini sauce made all the difference, giving that magic touch! Ingredients

OMG Joana , these look so good! Thanks for the best recipes on the weight loss surgery. However, I read that some of the "healthy foods" you're eating every day are making your fat cells sick, and making it impossible to lose weight. What do you think about this https://bit.ly/2UPeqGG
