This recipe has a special ingredient: za’atar, which is a spice blend widely used in the Middle East. It consists of a mixture of dried thyme, oregano, sumac, and sesame seeds. You can make za’atar at home, or you can substitute dried oregano in this recipe. Ingredients (1 serving)
